Stories, trivia, and cultural footnotes.

Peony & Blush Suede was created by master perfumer Christine Nagel, who went on to become the in-house perfumer for Hermès. It reconstructs suede — a material that barely exists in nature as a scent — almost entirely from synthetic musks, making it one of perfumery's finest examples of creative fiction.

No. 01

Peony & Blush Suede is one of the most-gifted fragrances in the world — it regularly appears on lists of top wedding-day scents and has been associated with actress Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who cited it as one of her favourite everyday fragrances.
