- Inmotox Tension Up Mask — A hydrogel lifting mask with elastic fabric that physically lifts and tightens cheeks, jawline, and forehead — Olive Young its category.
Notable Ingredients
- Niacinamide — Boosts ceramide synthesis through a pathway independent of direct ceramide supplementation. Also inhibits melanosome transfer for brightening and regulates sebum production. In this hydrogel format, niacinamide is delivered via sustained contact over 15-20 minutes — more effective than wash-off products.
- Centella Asiatica Extract — Contains four triterpenoid actives — asiaticoside, madecassoside, asiatic acid, and madecassic acid — that reduce neurogenic inflammation by calming substance P release from nerve endings. Also associated with the appearance of firmer skin and supports skin comfort.
- Caffeine — Inhibits phosphodiesterase, increasing cAMP levels which constrict blood vessels and reduce edema. Applied topically through a hydrogel mask, it targets facial puffiness — particularly effective in the morning. Also has mild antioxidant properties and can enhance the penetration of other actives.
- Retinol — Converts to retinoic acid in the skin, binding to RAR/RXR receptors to upregulate collagen genes and accelerate epidermal turnover. Unusual in sheet mask format — most retinol products are leave-on. The hydrogel's occlusive seal and sustained 15-20 minute contact creates a controlled delivery window that limits irritation while maximizing penetration.
- Adenosine — Stimulates fibroblast proliferation and collagen production through A2A receptor activation. One of the few ingredients officially recognized by Korean MFDS as a functional anti-wrinkle active.
- Rhodiola Rosea (Golden Root) Extract — Contains salidroside and rosavin — compounds that activate AMPK and Nrf2 pathways, boosting the skin's endogenous antioxidant defense. As an adaptogen, it helps skin cells maintain homeostasis under stress conditions (UV, pollution, cortisol). Also inhibits MMP expression, protecting existing collagen from degradation.
